The Student Accounts Representative is responsible for providing administrative support in all areas to include customer service and receptionist duties. This position will provide responses to students, parents, and other University offices regarding inquiries about billing statements, financial aid, student loans and/or other information requested that is related to the Student Information System. This position will be responsible for: Daily processing of treainfo email inquiries and Treasurer's Office mail processing. Assisting students, parents, and University faculty and staff regarding student account inquiries. Regular review and processing of items like BankMobile preference inactive reports, Registered Student Organizations check requests and fundraisers, Student Information Systems payment reversals. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
