About The Position

The Structural Engineer is responsible for structural design and analysis for projects in the Onshore Oil & Gas, LNG, and Renewables industries. Deliverables may include structures, piperacks, modules, and foundations. The work spans conceptual studies, FEEDs, estimates, detailed design, and construction support.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 2 years of civil or structural engineering experience.
• Familiarity with civil and structural engineering codes and standards such as IBC, ACI, AISC, and ASCE.
• Familiarity with civil and structural analysis software such as STAAD Pro.
• Strong communication skills and professional ethics.

Nice To Haves

• EIT Certification.
• Exposure to site, construction, or fabrication support.
• Exposure to analysis of modules.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil and structural design and analysis for assigned project deliverables.
• Prepare and check calculations.
• Prepare material requisitions and subcontract scopes of work.
• Prepare technical bid evaluations and review supplier documents.
• Identify potential changes and track engineering quantities against budget.
• Provide schedule and progress updates for assigned scope.
• Coordinate with supporting offices.
• Support construction.
