About The Position

The Structural Engineer supports a range of structural and facility-related projects, from modifications to existing buildings to the design of new structures. The role collaborates with other engineers on larger projects and works directly with a 3D CAD technician on smaller assignments. The engineer develops project concepts, determines structural approaches, and communicates design intent so drafting and project documentation are accurate. This is a fully remote position in the United States, and remote employees must maintain a dedicated home office. The engineer provides design direction and documentation, prepares layouts and plans using field data and engineering calculations, and reviews work for alignment with internal and industry standards. The role also coordinates drafting across projects, contributes to design reviews, communicates with internal teams and external partners, and helps improve drafting standards and engineering workflows.
