About The Position

WSP is seeking a Structural Engineer to join its Structures team in Warsaw. The role involves delivering national and international building projects across the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, working with experienced structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams. The engineer will perform structural calculations, prepare design documentation and drawings, and coordinate with other disciplines. The work includes designing reinforced-concrete and steel structures at different stages of the investment process using modern design tools and methods. The position is office-based in Warsaw.

Requirements

• Technical university degree in construction or civil engineering.
• At least 4 years of experience in structural design.
• Experience performing structural calculations, for example using Robot or Millennium.
• Experience preparing design documentation, including technical and reinforcement drawings.
• Knowledge of Revit and ability to work in interdisciplinary coordination.
• Knowledge of Polish construction law, standards, and industry practices.
• Knowledge of English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience designing steel structures.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Advance Steel.
• Knowledge of IDEA StatiCa for steel connection calculations.
• Building design license in the structural and construction specialty.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural calculations for reinforced-concrete and steel structures.
• Prepare design documentation and drawings at different stages of project delivery.
• Model structures and participate in interdisciplinary coordination in a BIM environment.
• Analyze, verify, and optimize technical solutions.
• Collaborate with clients, designers from other disciplines, and other participants in the investment process.
• Ensure assigned design tasks are completed on time and in accordance with project requirements and applicable standards.
