About The Position

WSP is seeking an intern or graduate to join its Structures team in Warsaw. The role supports the delivery of national and international building projects for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. The successful candidate will work with experienced structural engineers and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to structural models and design documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, and structural and reinforcement drawings while developing their skills with guidance from experienced engineers. The position is office-based in Warsaw, with the possibility of combining work with university studies. The team delivers building and infrastructure projects in Poland and international markets, designing reinforced-concrete and steel structures in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and using modern analytical and design tools.

Requirements

Be a student in the final years of study or a graduate in Civil Engineering.
Have an interest in building structural design.
Have basic knowledge of Revit.
Be able to read technical documentation.
Know English.
Be able to work in a team.
Be willing to learn and develop in structural design.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of AutoCAD.
Knowledge of the BIM environment.
Basic knowledge of reinforced-concrete and steel structures.
Experience gained through internships, placements, or student projects.

Responsibilities

Support the project team in delivering structural engineering projects.
Prepare structural models and design documentation using Revit.
Prepare technical drawings and reinforcement drawings.
Participate in interdisciplinary coordination in a BIM environment.
Collaborate with designers and assistant designers to prepare technical solutions.
Ensure the quality and timely completion of assigned tasks.
