About The Position

In this Structural Engineer / Stress Analyst position, you will work in a fast-paced environment performing structural analysis using hand calculations and finite element analysis (FEA) on highly loaded subsea structures. These include remotely operated vehicle (ROV) frames, mechanisms, pressure vessels, ship over-boarding equipment, and advanced development projects. You will work with design engineers from a program’s initial stages through structural testing and completion, influence load paths, and ensure structural integrity. The work includes static and dynamic studies; linear and nonlinear structural analysis; transient shock, fatigue, and fracture analysis; bolt and weld analysis; defining load tests; DDAM; and documentation. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and capable of obtaining a security clearance. Applicants with Top Secret/SCI with CI poly are preferred.
