About The Position

Ensemble Music Schools is hiring a part-time strings instructor to teach violin, viola, and cello in person at Dana V Music in Louisville, Colorado. Teachers may set their availability within the school's open hours; consistent availability is valued, and preference will be given to candidates with greater availability. The instructor pay range is $30–$35 per hour, commensurate with experience. Health benefits options and a 401(k) with employer match are available to part- and full-time Ensemble employees after 30 days of employment. Dana V Music, founded in 2005, provides personalized music education to students of all skill levels in a positive, nurturing environment. The school has more than 20 teachers and serves over 250 students per week. Requirements

Strong music background demonstrated by a degree in music performance or pedagogy, or equivalent performing experience.
Demonstrated love of teaching.
Experience working with young musicians.
Punctuality.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a routine background check.
