About The Position

Stretch Zone is seeking energetic, wellness-minded Stretch Practitioners for its growing Mandeville location. Practitioners provide excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching using Stretch Zone’s proprietary methodology, patented stabilization system, and equipment. They identify clients’ postural and movement limitations and deliver individualized stretching sessions intended to improve mobility, performance, energy, mental clarity, and overall wellness. Practitioners help clients stay on schedule with their programs and build long-term customer loyalty in a welcoming, comfortable environment. New hires must complete and pass one week of training on the company’s modalities. The position is part-time and requires weekend and mid-day/evening availability to support extended store hours. A minimum of 25 sessions per week is targeted after training.

Requirements

• Manage time effectively.
• Be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes, and procedures.
• Be able to efficiently service and maintain a client base.
• Complete and pass one week of training on the company’s modalities.
• Weekend and mid-day/evening availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Personal training certification from ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, or NCSF is recommended.
• A license in therapeutic massage or other accredited bodywork is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques.
• Deliver individualized stretching programs suited to clients’ specific needs.
• Help clients keep on schedule with their programs and maintain an efficient client base.
• Maintain a positive attitude and reinforce Stretch Zone’s team-oriented culture.
• Follow scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager, targeting at least 25 sessions per week after training.
• Dress professionally according to the company handbook and clock in and out as required.
• Contribute to the team environment and clean and maintain the store.
• Partner with management and front desk staff to provide outstanding service and a comfortable atmosphere.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
