About The Position

Connoisseur Media is seeking an energetic, outgoing part-time Street Team member to represent its Portland radio stations at concerts, live broadcasts, community events, and other activities. The Street Team member serves as the face of the brands by interacting with listeners, setting up displays, running games and giveaways, and helping create engaging experiences in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be reliable and friendly, work well with a team, take direction comfortably, and communicate with the public. The position generally works 10–15 hours per week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• At least 21 years old, particularly for events where alcohol is served.
• Interest in the radio or media industry.
• Previous radio or media experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up station events by raising tents, connecting sound systems, and putting up signage and banners.
• Manage events in progress by interacting with listeners, leading games and prize-wheel activities, and speaking on a microphone or PA system.
• Communicate effectively with listeners, employees, event management, and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
