About The Position

Connoisseur Media is seeking outgoing, high-energy part-time Street Team Crew Members to represent its Louisville radio stations, engage with listeners, and bring the station brands to life at community events. Events may include local concerts, festivals, charity events, live remote broadcasts, station appearances, internal company events, and conferences. Crew members help execute events by setting up station displays, running games and contests, and interacting with the public. Hours vary depending on events. Events serving alcoholic beverages will be staffed only by employees who are 21 or older.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to take direction, think on their feet, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist in executing station and company events, including concerts, live remote broadcasts, station appearances, internal company events, and conferences.
• Set up station events by raising tents, connecting sound systems, and putting up signage and banners.
• Manage events in progress by interacting with listeners, leading games and prize wheels, and speaking on a microphone or PA system.
• Communicate successfully with listeners, employees, event management, and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
