About The Position

As a Street Team Representative at Monster Brewing, you will help achieve sales and distribution goals by expanding the company’s presence in retail outlets and increasing points of interruption. You will carry out company and distributor commercial plans, helping Monster Brewing brands stand out at points of sale. Assigned store visits include merchandising products and installing selling materials. The role involves frequent lifting, entering store coolers, driving your personal vehicle throughout the day, and transporting selling materials in your vehicle. Auto-use reimbursement is provided, and the hiring manager will review the assigned territory.

Requirements

At least 1 year of sales experience.
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Clean driving record.
Must be at least 21 years old to be insurable.
Ability to frequently lift and move 10–25 pounds.
Physical and mental strength and endurance to perform duties in sometimes extreme environments and handle position-related stressors.
Ability to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
Ability to drive and use a personal vehicle for work.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or currently working toward one.

Responsibilities

Build route-level relationships with store managers.
Create eye-catching product displays in cold vaults and coolers.
Maximize chilled product placement across accounts.
Manage and place point-of-sale materials inside and outside accounts.
Maintain program materials and company assets in good condition.
Follow the shift schedule punctually and reliably, and represent the brand through appropriate attire.
Communicate and interact professionally with customers and internal team members.
Drive a personal vehicle to assigned store visits and transport selling materials.
