About The Position

Connoisseur Media in Dayton, Ohio, is seeking outgoing, high-energy individuals to join their Street Team. As a part-time Street Team Crew Member, you will represent Connoisseur Media's Dayton stations (WROU-FM 92.1 FM, WGTZ 92.9 FM, WDHT 102.9 FM, WCLI-FM 101.5 FM, and WING 1410 AM) in the community. Your role will involve engaging with listeners at local concerts, festivals, charity events, and live broadcasts, setting up station displays, running games and contests, and promoting the brands. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication and customer service skills, capable of thinking on their feet and maintaining high energy in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hours will vary depending on events.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• 21 years or older.
• Have an interest in radio.
• Previous radio or media experience.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the execution of all station and company events, including concerts, live remote broadcasts, station appearances, and conferences.
• Setting up station events, which may include raising tents, plugging in sound systems, and putting up signage/banners.
• Managing events in progress by interacting with listeners, leading games, operating prize wheels, and speaking on the microphone/PA.
• Communicating effectively with listeners, employees, management, and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
