About The Position

Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and responsible Part-Time Street Team member to support the promotions department at on-site events, station remote activations, and community events. The role involves driving company vehicles and transporting promotional equipment to scheduled events, setting up and managing on-site activities, and creating engaging experiences for attendees. The Street Team member works closely with on-site talent and the promotions team to help events run smoothly while representing the company and its brands professionally and positively.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Five years of driving experience.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to lift, carry, and set up promotional equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-initiating, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt easily.
• Organized, dependable, dedicated, and detail-oriented team player.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport promotional equipment, supplies, and materials to and from scheduled events.
• Set up, execute, and break down promotional displays, tents, signage, and other event materials.
• Manage crowd engagement and interaction, encourage participation, and maintain an organized event environment.
• Conduct on-site contests, raffles, giveaways, and other promotional activities in accordance with event guidelines.
• Perform additional promotional duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and efficient communication.
