About The Position
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products. The role designs and implements new business and operating models and helps bring organizations of the future to life. It develops customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives. At this grade, the consultant develops a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry, completes part of a project or designated activities, and may lead a small team. The role is client-oriented and involves learning to explore sales activities.
Responsibilities
- Support clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products.
- Design and implement new business and operating models.
- Help bring organizations of the future to life.
- Develop customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives.
- Complete a part of a project or assigned activities.
- May lead a small team.
