About The Position
The Strategy and Transformation consultant supports Capgemini clients in innovating and developing new strategies, services, and products. The role designs and implements new business and operating models and helps bring organizations of the future to life. It develops customer insights, organizational knowledge, and market perspectives. At this grade, the consultant develops a specialization within a specific domain of expertise or industry and is responsible for completing part of a project or activities. The consultant may lead a small team, is client-oriented, and learns to explore sales activities.
