About The Position

This role supports enterprise-wide efficiency work, including capacity and process assessment (CAPA) engagements. Responsibilities may include: Define, map, and understand key business processes. Identify the data elements required for capacity planning. Determine the best data sources and collection methods based on availability and quality. Build and maintain resource calculators and supporting models in Microsoft Excel. Interpret results, assess capacity constraints, and develop recommendations. Job Description Supports strategic enterprise initiatives to understand, analyze, recommend and deliver strategy and planning solutions. Supports team in providing expertise to create the definition, understanding and framing of complex business initiatives. Executes advanced planning, analysis, solution development and presentation for strategic initiatives. Ensures quality and accuracy of data elements relative to the initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Develops and delivers structured and compelling presentations to highlight key findings and makes recommendations to key decision makers within the company. Collaborates with the line of business and/or multiple line of businesses to implement recommended strategic solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure and interpret complex data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including comfort presenting to leaders
  • Strong organization and project management skills, with attention to detail
  • University / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
