About The Position

TransUnion's Job Applicant Privacy Notice Personal Information We Collect Your Privacy Choices Team Overview The Strategy & Planning team partners closely with senior Technology and Engineering leadership to define, shape, and execute TransUnion’s technology strategy. The team plays a critical role in driving enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable business outcomes. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in strategy and planning roles, with exposure to Technology/Engineering and Data & Analytics environments.
  • Demonstrated experience communicating with senior audiences, including the Board, investment community, and executive leadership.
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to influence across functions and lines of business.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and synthesize new concepts and technologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Exceptional presentation-building and executive storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Technology, Engineering, Product, and Data & Analytics leaders to shape and execute enterprise technology strategy.
  • Translate complex technology and engineering concepts into clear, concise executive-level narratives and presentations.
  • Support strategic planning initiatives, including long-range planning, investment prioritization, and transformation programs.
  • Develop high-quality materials for the Board, C-Suite, and senior leaders, including executive summaries and presentations.
  • Drive cross-functional execution of key strategic initiatives with clear milestones and outcomes.
  • Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to evaluate business opportunities and technology investments.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are produced on time and at executive quality standards.
