About The Position

As a member of the Capital Markets Strategy and Planning team, you will work closely with leaders and teams across the business to identify, develop and implement business opportunities that will drive new sources of revenue and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be both highly inventive with the ability to partner, execute and lead through influence.

  • 5 years of experience, including experience at a consulting firm or corporate strategy group; other relevant experience would include decision support / financial analysis, product development/GTM strategy, and business case development.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office – Excel and PowerPoint in particular.
  • Intellectual curiosity and desire to understand and define drivers of business success.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables.

  • MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop and implement business opportunities that will drive new sources of revenue and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support, facilitate, and deliver single or multi-workstream efforts spanning multiple teams or cross-business partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop business cases, and implement growth initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Manage routine business review processes within FCM and represent FCM across the enterprise.
