About The Position

The Strategy & Performance Supervisor owns strategic performance management, ensuring strategy is measurable, transparent, and continuously improved through insights and learning. This role defines scorecards, consolidates outcomes into insights, and supports leadership decisions with fact based analysis.

Requirements

5–8+ years in performance management, analytics, finance, strategy, or consulting
Strong analytical capability (Excel/BI tools; ability to translate data into insight)
Experience working with cross functional KPIs and enterprise dashboards
Analytical rigor with executive level synthesis
Strong attention to detail and governance mindset
Ability to challenge constructively with date
Stakeholder influence and clarity in communication

Responsibilities

Define, maintain, and govern strategy level KPIs and targets.
Ensure consistent metric definitions across functions and projects (“single source of truth”).
Build and maintain dashboards/scorecards for leadership reviews.
Provide regular performance insights: trends, root causes, risks, leading indicators.
Run scenario analyses and identify implications for strategy adjustments.
Provide early warnings and recommendations to leadership.
Design and maintain project scorecards aligned to strategic objectives and value targets.
Ensure each project has: Outcome KPIs (not just activity metrics), Baselines, targets, and measurement cadence.
Aggregate projects outputs into enterprise level reporting.
Enable performance based decisions: reprioritization, investment shifts, stop/start/continue.
Partner with functional areas and IT to ensure data availability, quality, and automation where possible.
