About The Position

This is an onsite strategy and operations role working directly with the chief executive on special projects and the company’s most important initiatives. The work changes frequently, and the person in the role is expected to take ambiguous, high-stakes problems, structure them, and drive them through to outcomes. The role offers a stated fast track into leadership, with a mandate to build and lead a team as the function develops. Visa sponsorship is available.

Requirements

At least two years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategic projects or operations role at a top-tier startup.
Data-driven and structured, with strong attention to detail.
Able to move quickly and switch context between high-impact initiatives.
A demonstrated operating track record, not strategy experience alone.
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build trust and communicate across stakeholders.
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco for an onsite role.
