About The Position

Impact Advisors is hiring a Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant focused on Supply Chain. The role supports healthcare consulting projects aimed at improving clinical and operational performance and patient care. The consultant contributes to project deliverables, firm collateral, and the development of internal methodology, while working collaboratively with healthcare and consulting professionals and interacting with stakeholders at all levels. The position calls for an experienced healthcare consultant who can solve complex problems, develop data analytics and strategic narratives, build trusted client relationships, and identify and pursue improvement opportunities. Travel is required 80% of the time.

Requirements

• Experience as a consultant in a healthcare environment, with a proven track record of solving complex problems.
• Experience with strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, and value analysis.
• Ability to develop data analytics, analyze complex datasets, and communicate insights through strategic narratives.
• Collaborative leadership skills and the ability to identify improvement opportunities and develop solutions.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Able to travel 80% of the time.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with clinical strategic sourcing, including physician preference items in operating rooms and/or cardiac catheterization labs.
