Strategy and Program Manager

Adyen•New York, NY
•$145,000 - $180,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Adyen is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to help shape the future of Global Operations. The role sits within the Strategy & Execution team and works across Support, Professional Services, and Merchant Operations. It is suited to a strategic operator who connects commercial ambition, technical innovation, and operational delivery, taking on complex and ambiguous organizational problems and turning them into scalable structures. The scope shifts with changing priorities, with the goal of making Adyen’s operational engine more powerful, effective, and agile as the company grows. The role designs operations around the end-to-end merchant customer lifecycle, removes process and technical obstacles, connects global product pillars with operational teams so operations are ready for product launches, and uses performance data to identify friction and guide improvements. It also re-engineers processes, tooling, and ways of working to incorporate AI and support growth through intelligence rather than added complexity. The role is based in either Adyen’s New York or San Francisco office. Adyen is an office-first company and expects employees to work in-office at least three days per week on average. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring new visa sponsorship; visa transfers may be supported, but H-1B CAP applications are not sponsored.
