About The Position

Broccoli AI is seeking a Strategy & Analytics Lead to define and build core business intelligence views for home service operators. This foundational role involves working closely with customers to understand their operations, identify key metrics, and deliver actionable insights. You will partner with Product and Engineering teams, directly influencing both customer success and company strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytics, consulting, or product management, with a proven ability to transform complex operational data into business-driving insights. This role requires a bias for action, customer obsession, and proficiency in SQL and BI tools.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, analytics, BI, or product management.
  • Proven track record of transforming messy operational data into business-moving insights.
  • Ability to build trust with trades business owners and understand their operations.
  • Experience building for reuse and scale, identifying cross-customer patterns.
  • Bias toward building and shipping solutions quickly.
  • Customer obsession, measuring success by customer improvement.
  • Fluent in SQL.
  • Proficiency with at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Sigma, Metabase).
  • Comfortable turning raw, inconsistent data into trustworthy information.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building business intelligence for trades operators.
  • Experience in PE value creation/portfolio operations.
  • In-house experience at a multi-site operating business.
  • Knowledge of P&L drivers.
  • Direct experience with ServiceTitan, HouseCallPro, or similar CRM data models.

Responsibilities

  • Sit with customers to understand their business operations (booking, dispatching, sales, retention) and deliver unique business intelligence.
  • Define core business views tailored to specific industry verticals.
  • Deliver insights, benchmarks, and reporting to improve customer performance.
  • Establish benchmarks for operators to assess their standing and identify areas for improvement.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams.
