About The Position

As a forward-thinking leader within our Revenue Operations (ROPS) team, you will partner directly with the head of Medicare and Credits Operations to maximize collection speed, optimize Medicare recovery rates, and efficiently resolve credit balances. This high-visibility role empowers you to lead business intelligence, identify strategic opportunities within the Medicare and Credits portfolios, and execute a diverse cross-functional project portfolio to drive our operations forward.

Requirements

• Partner directly with the head of Medicare and Credits Operations to maximize collection speed, optimize Medicare recovery rates, and efficiently resolve credit balances.
• Lead business intelligence, identify strategic opportunities within the Medicare and Credits portfolios, and execute a diverse cross-functional project portfolio to drive operations forward.
• Navigate the complexities of Medicare guidelines and credit balance management.
• Optimize recovery rates, accelerate speed to resolution, and ensure compliance within Medicare and Credits.
• Build and execute a tech-driven capability roadmap to advance operational goals specific to Medicare billing and credit resolution.
• Champion the use of AI and advanced analytics to fundamentally transform how we manage and resolve All Credits and Medicare accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and analysts.
• Collaborate closely with ROPS leadership and present data-driven insights that make a substantial impact on DaVita's bottom line.

Responsibilities

• Building and executing a tech-driven capability roadmap to advance our operational goals specific to Medicare billing and credit resolution.
• Championing the use of AI and advanced analytics to fundamentally transform how we manage and resolve All Credits and Medicare accounts
• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of managers and analysts.
