HUB LOCATIONS: Richardson, TX; Bloomington, IL; Tempe, AZ; Dunwoody, GA SPONSORSHIP: Applicants are required to be eligible to lawfully work in the U.S. immediately; employer will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work authorization (e.g., H-1B visa) for this opportunity. The Experimentation team identifies the highest-value customer and business opportunities, translates them into thematic testing roadmaps, and partners with data science to ensure experiments generate trustworthy, actionable learning and measurable improvement. Build a customer-centered growth experimentation portfolio by turning the strongest areas of need and opportunity into thematic testing roadmaps, and make sure every A/B test is designed and run to produce trustworthy, reusable learning. This role brings together conversion rate optimization (CRO), data-driven digital product management, and data-driven experience design to improve how customers move through our digital journeys. It is part of the Digital Growth Engine, a multidisciplinary organization focused on building a stronger learning advantage through trusted data, disciplined experimentation, intelligent decisioning, and scalable technology.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, digital product, analytics, growth, innovation, consulting, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience planning, running, or scaling A/B testing or growth experimentation programs, with enough statistical fluency to partner with data scientists as a peer.
  • Experience using Adobe Analytics or similar platforms to analyze clickstream and behavioral data and turn it into testable hypotheses.
  • Experience with Optimizely or a comparable experimentation platform.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize quantitative and qualitative evidence, and develop clear recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to connect customer needs, operational realities, technology capabilities, and enterprise priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-ready storytelling and decision support.
  • Ability to lead through influence and coordinate work across multidisciplinary teams in a complex enterprise environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a large, regulated enterprise and navigating privacy, security, legal, risk, and governance requirements.
  • Experience with data-driven digital product management or experience design, ideally in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience with digital customer journeys, growth analytics, personalization, or marketing technology.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-functional product or pod-based operating models, moving work from insight to implementation.
  • A bias toward measurable outcomes, reusable capabilities, clear documentation, and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-value opportunity areas using customer insights, product analytics, clickstream analytics, business priorities, and journey performance.
  • Organize opportunities into strategic themes and maintain a sequenced experimentation roadmap based on expected value, learning potential, feasibility, and dependencies.
  • Write clear hypotheses that define the customer problem, intended behavior change, treatment concept, and business rationale for each experiment.
  • Partner with data science on test design, metrics, sample requirements, guardrails, and interpretation standards.
  • Coordinate with product, design, engineering, marketing, analytics, and data science to move A/B tests and multivariate experiments from concept to live experience, implemented in ways that preserve measurement integrity.
  • Drive CRO across key digital journeys, using behavioral data to find friction and prioritize the changes most likely to move conversion and customer outcomes.
  • Lead portfolio learning reviews that connect individual test results to broader themes and determine what to scale, iterate, or test next.
  • Identify recurring process, measurement, or data gaps and shape capability improvements that increase experimentation speed and rigor.
  • Communicate the experimentation pipeline, experimentation velocity, and realized value to senior stakeholders.
  • Champion a test-and-learn culture, treating every experiment, including the ones that don't win, as a chance to build shared knowledge.
  • Put customer needs and measurable outcomes at the center of decisions.
  • Work with confident humility: bring expertise, invite challenge, and adapt as evidence changes.
  • Create clarity in ambiguity and make tradeoffs visible so teams can move with appropriate speed.
  • Build strong partnerships across business and technology boundaries and share learning broadly.
  • Operate with high standards for data stewardship, privacy, security, ethics, and enterprise risk management.
