As a Strategic Territory Sales Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering full-scope solutions across OBE’s industry-leading product portfolio. We’re looking for driven, customer-focused professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and are motivated by growth and results.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within building materials, architectural products, glass, or metal systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a high level of activity and prioritize effectively in a territory-based role
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly, including overnight stays

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with architectural glass, glazing systems, storefront, curtain wall, or related products
  • Familiarity with OBE brands such as CRL, Coral, or US Aluminum
  • Experience working in a multi-branch or matrixed organization

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow your assigned territory by maximizing Share of Wallet across glass, metal, and hardware product lines
  • Build and execute a strategic territory plan focused on revenue growth, retention, and margin improvement
  • Develop new business while expanding relationships with existing customers to capture more opportunities
  • Maintain a strong field presence through customer visits, job walks, and solution-based sales discussions
  • Conduct a high volume of meaningful customer interactions (targeting 20+ per week)
  • Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM to ensure visibility and accountability
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, estimating, customer service, and project management teams to deliver seamless project execution
  • Collaborate with technical sales experts on complex or specialty opportunities
  • Support projects from specification through order fulfillment, ensuring a complete and competitive solution
