Strategic Territory Manager
About The Position
We are Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based business to business flooring and surfacing Distribution Company and we have a rare opening for a Territory Service Representative. This position specializes in flooring and tile products and will be based in Des Moines, IA and surrounding area. Jaeckle Distributors is a 3rd generation family-owned business with nearly 75 years of experience in floor-covering and surfacing distribution. We are big enough to provide value and service, yet small enough to be flexible and maintain a personal touch. We have a strong compensation and benefit plan including company vehicle. Requirements
- Results-Oriented Self-Starter. Strong individual contributor capable of working independently and achieving results with minimal daily management.
- Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
- Strong Communicator. Clearly articulate the needs of the customer with internal partners and determine the best possible course of action that supports Jaeckle Distributors and customer success.
- Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills
- 1-2+ years in a client facing service support role.
- Ability to manage customer relationship effectively; experience delivering consistent service to internal and external customers.
- Territory travel as required and there will be overnight travel with an average of 2 – 3 nights a month. Expenses covered by company.

Responsibilities
- Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
- Maintain the samples within each a display to ensure current product lines are displayed.
- Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery if necessary.
- Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM system
- Support upcoming product launches and initiatives through sample prep and packaging in warehouse locations.
