The Territory Manager develops and maintains assigned customer accounts, actively seeks new accounts, and provides customers with information to aid their purchasing decisions for Company products and services. This role involves traveling to customer locations to follow up on orders, address inquiries, and secure new business. The Territory Manager effectively communicates with potential and current customers, manages customer pricing letters, and collects receivables. They also communicate with the Branch Manager regarding vendor delivery dates, special orders, and non-stock items, and help coordinate customer deliveries requiring special attention. Additionally, they order sales literature for the branch and perform other related duties as assigned.
