About The Position

This position specializes in flooring and tile products and will be based in Western Wisconsin and surrounding area. Jaeckle Distributors is a 3rd generation family-owned business with over 50 years of experience in floor-covering and surfacing distribution. We are looking for a results-oriented self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills who can work independently and achieve results with minimal daily management. The role involves assembling and maintaining displays, managing samples, addressing customer needs, ensuring CRM accuracy, and supporting product launches. Territory travel is required, including an average of 2-3 nights of overnight travel per month, with expenses covered by the company.

Requirements

An Associate degree or better.
1-2+ years in a client facing service support role.
Ability to manage customer relationship effectively; experience delivering consistent service to internal and external customers.
Territory travel as required and there will be overnight travel with an average of 2 – 3 nights a month. Expenses covered by company.

Responsibilities

Assemble and maintain displays as a selling tool at accounts.
Maintain the samples within each a display to ensure current product lines are displayed.
Address customer account needs related to support and fulfillment including product delivery if necessary.
Ensure account information is accurate in our CRM system.
Support upcoming product launches and initiatives through sample prep and packaging in warehouse locations.
