As a customer-facing negotiator, you will have the opportunity to work together with business partners and suppliers to ensure swift and compliant PR/PO processing.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or a related field required.
0–2 years of related experience.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, evaluate costs, and make sound business recommendations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong customer-service mindset with the ability to build relationships and provide consultative support to business partners.
Proven ability to work independently, solve problems, and navigate ambiguity using sound judgment.
Ability to negotiate effectively and influence outcomes through collaboration and data-driven decision making.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical business practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance and operational excellence.
Adaptability and willingness to embrace changing priorities, technologies, and business needs.

Responsibilities

Review, process, and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) through Purchase Order (PO) issuance.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide procurement guidance, and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy, responsiveness, and customer service.
Conduct supplier negotiations and support contract development to achieve best value, favorable commercial terms, and risk mitigation.
Perform cost and market analysis to identify savings opportunities, evaluate supplier proposals, and support informed business decisions.
Establish and maintain effective supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, service performance, and continuous improvement.
Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and supplier capabilities to identify opportunities and potential risks.
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sourcing standards.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
Act as a trusted advisor to business partners by providing procurement expertise, resolving issues, and influencing positive outcomes.
Support risk management activities by proactively identifying and addressing supply, contractual, financial, and operational risks.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment while contributing to shared goals and organizational success.
