About The Position

CreatorIQ's Strategic Solutions Engineers (SEs) are trusted technical advisors embedded in the sales cycle for our largest, most complex strategic accounts. These are top-tier global brands with layered organizations, sophisticated tech stacks, and high expectations. Blending deep technical fluency, architectural thinking, and consultative selling, SEs partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to dissect a prospect's ecosystem from the ground up, uncovering root needs that often span multiple teams, systems, and business units. They design end-to-end solutions that map CreatorIQ's platform to real business outcomes, and they present those solutions with equal confidence to a room of API engineers, a CMO, or a procurement committee. SEs are the product and platform experts in the room, trusted by prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders alike to cut through complexity, articulate clear business value, and guide high-stakes buying decisions to close.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a consultative pre-sales role with meaningful time on large, complex enterprise accounts (SaaS required)
  • Hands-on familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs with the ability to speak credibly about integrations, data flows, and technical architecture
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and genuine curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing technology
  • Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol), AI agents, and agentic integration patterns, with the ability to advise enterprise clients on how these capabilities fit into their technology roadmap
  • Experience managing security questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance processes as part of enterprise sales cycles
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder organizations and build trust from practitioners to C-suite
  • Strong storyteller and presenter who translates technical architecture into clear, compelling executive-level business value
  • Confidently leads customer meetings independently with authority, strong presentation skills, and the ability to command the room
  • Naturally curious and analytical; you dig past the stated requirement to find the root problem
  • Confident and composed in ambiguity; you bring structure where there is none and make progress without perfect information
  • Methodical in preparation, yet adaptable in execution

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to lead deep, multi-stakeholder discovery across technical, marketing, and executive audiences, uncovering the real business problems beneath surface-level requirements
  • Map complex organizational structures, workflows, and integration landscapes to architect tailored CreatorIQ solutions across departments and teams
  • Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations, custom workshops, and white-glove trials aligned to each account's strategic objectives
  • Develop compelling, account-specific presentations and collateral for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Serve as the technical authority on CreatorIQ's API capabilities (REST/GraphQL), platform architecture, data model, and integration framework
  • Articulate CreatorIQ's AI and machine learning capabilities, helping prospects understand how intelligent features drive measurable business outcomes
  • Own and drive security questionnaires, InfoSec reviews, and compliance documentation, partnering with internal Security and Legal teams to deliver thorough, timely responses
  • Translate discovery insights into actionable, architecture-informed recommendations for brands and campaigns
  • Partner with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to develop strategic, differentiated RFP/RFI/security questionnaire responses
  • Maintain deep expertise in CreatorIQ's platform, integrations, API surface, AI capabilities, and product roadmap
  • Adapt your message fluidly, from walking engineers through API documentation to presenting ROI narratives to C-suite executives
