The Strategic Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Premium Segment by identifying potential customers, evaluating opportunities, and leading the Axalta Sales Process. As a valued member of the Premium Sales Team, this role will partner with all appropriate National, Regional, and Local associates to foster long-term success by ensuring that all elements of the annual growth objectives are delivered. The Strategic Sales Manager works with the highest sense of urgency and demonstrates ownership, commitment, and accountability to the Axalta growth objectives in the Premium Segment. This is a remote-based role, requiring extensive travel across the entire West Coast, ideally located in Southern California.
