The Strategic Resource Manager (SRM) plays a vital role in the growth and development of HUB's sales culture in the Southern California (SoCal) region. Reporting to the VP of Sales Enablement, the SRM collaborates with the Sales Enablement team at HUB’s corporate headquarters to deliver sales initiatives, product rollouts, and training programs. The SRM promotes HUB International's creative and administrative marketing solutions to help generate new business and increase client retention. The SRM is responsible for educating internal HUB team members and clients on available tools and resources, while finding innovative ways to showcase the company's unique capabilities.
