Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 4+ years of related work experience
  • Strong knowledge of workplace benefit products
  • Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Candidate with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to analysis
  • Ability to work closely with both internal and external leadership and teams
  • Attention to detail and well-organized
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and build strong relationships
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%) of the time, including overnight stays
  • Licenses for this position include a Life & Health insurance license within 120 days of hire with appointment in the state of residence.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and establish strong relationships with key business partners to discover potential growth opportunities and generate value for assigned accounts.
  • Focus on purposeful segmentation of strategic partners and align resources to enhance B2B relationships
  • Communicate effectively with business partners to identify new opportunity areas and share successes
  • Distribute relationship and market insights to business partners to manage strategic relationships more effectively
  • Reduce operational and reputational risks by gaining a comprehensive understanding of essential relationships.
  • Facilitate strategic account planning activities to enable long-term account growth
  • Aid the SRM team in making the most of their valuable partnerships to uncover new avenues for creating shared value.
