They will also assist with scheduling, delivery updates, and coordination between Sales, BD, Operations, and Supply Chain, and help prepare materials for customer calls, reviews, or internal update meetings. Additionally, the role involves preparing and updating quotes, entering and revising order details, serving as a day-to-day customer contact, managing documentation, updating reports, and collaborating with various internal teams.
