The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 6 — Strategic Initiatives Support — advances the ARNG's enterprise IT modernization agenda by identifying emerging technologies, analyzing evolving mission requirements, and developing innovative solutions that enhance the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of IT service delivery. This task area supports ARNG G6 leadership in making informed, forward-looking investment and capability decisions by evaluating cost savings, mission impact, and technology adoption opportunities. ECS is seeking a Strategic Planning Specialist - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in developing strategic communication materials, executive briefings, and planning documents. Working under senior guidance, this position is integral to aligning ARNG IT strategy with governance and policy initiatives. The role requires a keen ability to conduct research, consolidate data, and draft artifacts that adhere to Army documentation standards, ensuring compliance with government-provided guidance.
