About The Position

Metaprise is building the operating system for enterprise AI workforces, addressing the fundamental problem of authorizing, bounding, and trusting hundreds of AI agents operating across systems. The product, an Agent Operating System (AURA), provides a unified execution runtime with built-in governance, a mission-based execution model, and deployability across various environments. Unlike fragmented solutions, Metaprise offers a complete, end-to-end system for deploying, orchestrating, governing, and trusting AI agents at enterprise scale. The product is built, the architecture is proven, and the go-to-market motion is ready. This founding-team role requires an individual to place this solution into the hands of the right customers and define how enterprises will run on agents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or go-to-market roles (BDR, AE, GTM strategy, or strategic partnerships).
  • Proven ability to run a sales process and move enterprise deals forward.
  • A strong network in enterprise tech, cloud, consulting, AI, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (agent execution runtime) into language understood by business leaders (CFO, Chief Risk Officer, Head of AI).
  • Deep understanding of the product to earn technical respect.
  • Strong instincts for identifying deal opportunities before RFPs are issued.
  • Ability to read rooms and create opportunities.
  • Proactive approach; does not wait for inbound leads, territory assignments, or directives.
  • Ability to write a playbook when none exists.
  • Comfort and energy in the ambiguity of an early-stage company.
  • Desire to build something new, not just operate an existing system.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in building and scaling ventures, particularly in fintech, social platforms, or enterprise automation.
  • Belief in AI as a defining infrastructure shift.

Responsibilities

  • Activate your network across the full ecosystem, including enterprise clients (financial institutions, healthcare organizations, insurance companies) and partners (AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, systems integrators).
  • Map the landscape, identify where autonomous decision-making creates governance gaps, and position Metaprise as the solution.
  • Build relationships with Heads of AI, Engineering, Risk, and the C-suite through existing access and trust.
  • Drive conversations from first contact through use case identification to strategic partnership.
  • Qualify opportunities where governance, auditability, and control are breaking and position Metaprise as the answer.
  • Provide the CEO with deal context, stakeholder maps, and market intelligence on enterprise needs for deploying agents at scale.
  • Feed product insights back into the team based on direct market feedback.
  • Meet in person with enterprise decision-makers for pitching and listening.
  • Conduct working sessions with leaders at major cloud platforms, AI infrastructure companies, and consulting firms.
  • Collaborate with the GTM team to translate field insights into positioning, pricing, and prioritization.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to C-suite and technical leadership at target accounts.
  • Identify and secure opportunities to engage with potential clients and partners.
