About The Position

Metaprise is building the operating system for enterprise AI workforces, an Agent Operating System where multiple agents can be deployed, coordinated, governed, and trusted at scale. The product is built, the architecture is proven, and the GTM motion is ready. This founding-team role, reporting directly to the CEO, requires an individual to define how enterprises actually run on agents and activate their network across the full ecosystem, including enterprise clients, AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, and systems integrators. The role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, driving conversations from first contact to strategic partnership, and providing market intelligence back to the CEO and product team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Hands-on experience in B2B sales or go-to-market roles (BDR, AE, GTM strategy, or strategic partnerships).
  • Experience in running a sales process and moving enterprise deals forward.
  • A real network in enterprise tech, cloud, consulting, AI, financial services, or adjacent ecosystems.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts (agent execution runtime) into language understandable by CFOs, Chief Risk Officers, or Heads of AI.
  • Deep understanding of the product to earn technical respect.
  • Strong instincts for identifying deal opportunities before RFPs are issued.
  • Ability to create opportunities and write a playbook when none exists.
  • Comfort and energy in the ambiguity of an early-stage company.
  • Experience in environments where nothing was defined and making it work.
  • Ability to identify next steps without CRM prompts.

Responsibilities

  • Activate your network across the full ecosystem, including enterprise clients (financial institutions, healthcare organizations, insurance companies, large institutions), AI model providers, cloud infrastructure vendors, and systems integrators.
  • Map the landscape, identify where autonomous decision-making is creating governance gaps, and position Metaprise as the operating system that closes them.
  • Build relationships with Heads of AI, Engineering, Risk, and the C-suite through existing networks.
  • Drive conversations from first contact through use case identification to strategic partnership, focusing on areas where governance, auditability, and control are actively breaking.
  • Keep the CEO armed with deal context, stakeholder maps, and real market intelligence.
  • Feed product insight back into the team based on market feedback.
