About The Position

Build and manage external partnerships supporting growth, teaming, and collaboration initiatives. Help manage relationships with partners, primes, and government organizations. We move fast, build quickly, and solve problems that don’t have playbooks. We’re always looking for extraordinary people - across engineering, operations, manufacturing, government contracting, mission assurance, business, and everything in between - who want to be part of an ambitious, high-growth team. LEAP is transforming space logistics with rapid-response, mass producible launch solutions designed to eliminate bottlenecks in space access. Leveraging proprietary propulsion technology and modern manufacturing techniques, LEAP delivers scalable and cost-effective, launch solutions for national security, commercial payload deployment, and global point-to-point logistics applications.
