About The Position

Lead the enablement strategy behind two of the world's most influential technology ecosystems, Google Cloud and Oracle, driving partner readiness, AI adoption, and long-term growth across diverse partner communities. This role supports two distinct partner ecosystems that require different approaches to engagement, learning, and stakeholder management. Google Cloud audiences often include cloud-native sellers, technical practitioners, and developer communities, while Oracle audiences may include enterprise technology, infrastructure, applications, ERP, and transformation stakeholders. Success requires the ability to navigate multiple partner cultures and build scalable programs that resonate with diverse audiences. Key objectives include: Successfully establish new enablement programs across both Google Cloud and Oracle partnerships. Build trusted advisor relationships within both partner organizations. Launch tailored learning journeys aligned to differing audience needs. Increase readiness, engagement, and participation across cloud and enterprise partner communities. Create scalable frameworks that support long-term growth of both strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Technology, Organizational Development, Education, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner enablement, alliances, consulting, customer success, or enterprise technology.
  • Experience working with Google Cloud, Oracle, enterprise software, cloud infrastructure, or strategic technology partnerships.
  • Experience launching new programs and operating in complex cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to support both cloud-native and traditional enterprise technology audiences.
  • Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple partner organizations and leadership levels.
  • Ability to work effectively across cloud-native and traditional enterprise technology cultures.
  • Strong executive presence and relationship management skills.
  • Experience leading initiatives that span multiple partner organizations simultaneously.
  • Strong program management, communication, facilitation, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and influence skills without direct authority.
  • Ability to design scalable enablement frameworks that support long-term partnership growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to evaluate readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary enablement lead for Google Cloud and Oracle strategic partnerships.
  • Build and implement foundational enablement strategies for two distinct partner ecosystems.
  • Develop relationships with partner executives, alliance teams, enablement stakeholders, sales organizations, technical communities, and customer success leaders.
  • Navigate and support differing partner motions across cloud-native and enterprise technology audiences.
  • Drive alignment between internal stakeholders and evolving partner priorities.
  • Design and launch foundational enablement strategies across both Google Cloud and Oracle partnerships.
  • Develop audience-specific enablement approaches aligned to each partner's business model and culture.
  • Build relationships across cloud-native, technical, enterprise infrastructure, and business stakeholder communities.
  • Create scalable learning pathways supporting AI adoption, cloud modernization, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Design scalable enablement programs supporting Google Cloud and Oracle audiences.
  • Create learning pathways for sellers, technical practitioners, customer success teams, enterprise architects, and leaders.
  • Deliver workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer programs, communities of practice, and technical readiness sessions.
  • Adapt learning experiences to different partner business models, technical maturity levels, and organizational cultures.
  • Establish readiness programs that help partners confidently position and support AI solutions.
  • Build engagement across both cloud-native and enterprise audiences.
  • Develop champions and advocates capable of extending learning throughout partner organizations.
  • Create scalable success frameworks supporting long-term partnership growth.
  • Manage simultaneous partner priorities while ensuring consistent execution and stakeholder alignment.
