About The Position

The Engineering Excellence (EE) team drives consistent and repeatable execution to benefit the technical community ecosystem and its stakeholders. We define the roles, operations, tools, and processes unique to the technical sales function. Our team supports three types of business challenges: designing for the future, delivery of global Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and facilitating processes between internal organizations. As a Strategic Program Lead, you are an essential architect and coordinator of our community ecosystem. In this role, you will lead the organization's execution of strategic initiatives that break down silos and unify essential tools and processes, reduce friction for technical sellers, and foster environments for collaboration and innovation. Your work will be inherently cross-functional, you will garner support, frame complex underlying issues, and influence stakeholders to gain alignment and drive action, while simultaneously engaging with other organizational projects that intersect with the broader technical sales organization or our overarching strategic priorities. In this capacity, you will advocate critical program and project teams, relentlessly driving execution across traditional organizational silos. By automating key workflows and standardizing operational frameworks, you will scale process efficiency and technical insights on a global level. A core part of your mission will be to ensure that our guidance, playbooks, and documentation are continuously updated with relevant key messages, effectively reducing friction and empowering leadership to implement change seamlessly.
