About The Position

Janssen Pharmaceuticals, a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Strategic Insight & Analytics Co-Op from September 2026 through March 2027. This role will be in Horsham, Pennsylvania. This role is primarily analytics-focused, with close partnership and exposure to the Finance organization—providing relevant experience for co-ops interested in applying to the Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP). The Strategic Insight & Analytics co-ops are responsible for supporting automated performance dashboards, management reports and execution of ad hoc analyses across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Portfolio of products. This position will support the sales and marketing as well as the Strategic Insights & Analytics teams through the accurate and timely synthesis and delivery of multiple secondary data. Additionally, this position will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of the data through collaborations (with internal and external partners), data investigations, and adherence to strict Quality Control (QC) processes. The Co-op Program is a six-month program focused on providing college students with an immersive and practical business experience. It allows students to develop leadership, technical, and communication skills as well as broaden their understanding of the concepts learned in the classroom by implementing them with the Johnson & Johnson data analytics team.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (focus or concentration in business/entrepreneurial, is preferred but not required)
  • Analytical mindset and comfort using large amounts of data to drive insights is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint) is required
  • Open-mindedness, autonomy and willingness to improve analytical skills and draw strategic insights is required
  • Candidate must reside within 30 miles of location.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience utilizing dashboards and data visualization software (Tableau and/or Dataiku) is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Analyze secondary data sources to address and answer specific business questions and problems as they arise (ad hoc analysis)
  • Create, refresh, process and analyze performance trends through automated dashboards or data tables
  • Collaborate with key internal and external partners on national and subnational reporting data results (deliverables)
  • Leverage extensive data to conduct analyses that offer key insights and address critical business questions to drive strategic decisions
  • Support market research projects as needed
