About The Position

Comcast's Drexel Co-op Program offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience, build lasting connections, and grow professionally in a dynamic and inclusive environment. Our Co-op Program is a transformative experience designed to help you grow, connect, and take the next step in your professional journey. Under the Impact & Inclusion organization, this intern will be focused specifically on Strategic Planning & Insights within the broader Finance, Insights, and Reporting (FIR) team. We work very closely across our teams to ensure that Comcast’s Impact and Inclusion strategy is externally informed, outcome oriented, and competitively differentiated.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Responsibilities

  • Performs research and evaluation assistance to leadership in the development and design of new initiatives in community impact – ie. digital opportunity, and/or charitable giving.
  • Assists with development of new Insights Infrastructure and database including content sourcing, tagging, and organization
  • Assesses key performance indicators and business insights to inform decision making
  • Provide support in business planning exercises to track progress against business, financial, and operating goals
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from a cross-functional team
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
