Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to gather, organize, and analyze data in a thoughtful and structured way.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization.
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with professionalism.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of specialized areas to help ensure compliance, including analysis of badge scan data provided by Comcast Security.
  • Perform field audits to validate the accuracy of occupancy and room-use data.
  • Maintain and update space repositories and related documentation.
  • Assist in reviewing space requests, including leveraging reports to determine alignment between business needs and available space, and prepare templated documentation to formalize space assignments.
  • Generate reports on occupancy data from our IWMS system.
  • Collaborate with the Occupancy Planning team to maintain seat assignment information in our IWMS system during large move and restack initiatives.
  • Gather and analyze data to prepare key insights that help translate business needs into workplace planning recommendations.
  • Identify process efficiencies and support implementation and execution activities, including participation in lessons learned and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Assist in creating educational materials on workplace processes and objectives for functional partners.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to support a range of complex and confidential employee-related matters.
  • Participate in vendor-related meetings with the Mobility team to better understand relocation processes and Relocation Benefit Summaries across different employee populations.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
