About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Field Implementation Consultant for our team in Munich. In this position, you will be responsible for the successful introduction of the Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system to our most important and largest customers. You will guide the entire process and ensure first-class, personal "white-glove service".

Requirements

Experience in end-to-end implementation projects (ideally software / POS / SaaS).
Ability to structure complex projects with multiple stakeholders and locations.
Ability to work with clear priorities, schedules, and responsibilities.
Proficiency in dealing with demanding major clients.
Proactively keep all stakeholders informed (no "reaction mode").
Ability to address even unpleasant topics clearly and professionally.
Quickly understand business processes and improve workflows.
Solution-oriented thinking, not just problem-focused.
Experience with software implementations / POS / SaaS.
Ability to translate requirements into technical settings.
No fear of errors (bugs), special cases, or system integrations.
Ability to remain calm under high pressure (e.g., on the day of system implementation).
Ability to take ownership and drive topics independently.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluent German and English.
Valid driver's license + willingness to travel within Bavaria (exceptionally nationwide).

Nice To Haves

Experience with franchise companies or systems with many locations.
Experience with hardware or POS systems.
Experience in consulting or Customer Success (high-touch support).
Understanding of processes in gastronomy or retail.

Responsibilities

You will lead the complete implementation of POS systems for our top customers on-site.
You will ensure that the systems precisely meet the customers' requirements.
You will create and manage detailed project plans.
You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Billing, and Support.
You will advise customers on hardware installation and resolve technical issues.
You will conduct in-person training sessions to ensure customers can optimally utilize the system.
You will thoroughly test the systems to ensure everything functions flawlessly at launch.
