Conversion Student (w/m/d)
About The Position
As a Conversion Student, you will gain initial practical experience in an international software company. You will support the team in converting and technically preparing financial reports for publication in the Federal Gazette (Bundesanzeiger). You will convert financial reports using our software into the legally required disclosure formats and work entirely remotely. After a structured onboarding, you will handle your tasks independently and gradually learn our processes. If you are technically interested, work carefully, and enjoy learning new software, we look forward to your application.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a full-time degree program at a German university or university of applied sciences (all fields of study are welcome).
- Technical affinity and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Conscientious, reliable, and independent work style.
- Interest in a long-term collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and excellent German language proficiency.
- Enjoyment of learning new things.
Responsibilities
- Convert financial reports using our software into XML format for publication in the Federal Gazette.
- Support the preparation of financial reports in ESEF-compliant XHTML format.
- Independently process conversion orders, paying attention to defined specifications and document-specific details.
- Carefully check the generated files and ensure high data quality.
- Coordinate with the team in special cases and ensure smooth processing.
- Develop an understanding of digital document processing and continuously expand your technical know-how.
