About The Position

As a ServiceNow expert, you will leverage your experience at the intersection of IT, OT, and Cyber Security in demanding industrial and enterprise environments. You will advise clients on the conception and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for OT Service Management and Security Operations, helping them intelligently connect IT, OT, and Security processes. You will play a central functional and technical role in advising clients on the conception, introduction, and further development of ServiceNow OT Service Management and Security Operations. You will develop solutions for integrating IT and OT processes and connect OT systems as well as existing security and vulnerability solutions to the ServiceNow platform. You will apply your knowledge of ITSM and ITOM to design end-to-end service and operational processes across classic IT and industrial OT environments. You will design and implement solutions in the area of Vulnerability Response and integrate security solutions such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender. You will assist clients in prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk, business impact, and asset context, and in establishing efficient end-to-end vulnerability lifecycles. You will apply your understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and Asset Management to transparently map technical and business contexts and make them usable as a basis for service, security, and risk processes. You will advise clients on OT Security and Operational Resilience and support the development of robust processes for critical production and operating environments. You will design and moderate workshops with production, plant, and operations teams, as well as security engineers, SOC teams, CISO organizations, and IT operations, translating diverse requirements into viable ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 3-5 years of ServiceNow consulting or project experience, ideally with a focus on OT Service Management, Security Operations, or comparable enterprise environments.
Experience in industrial or manufacturing projects.
Good understanding of OT systems, production environments, and their specific requirements.
Very good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM.
Practical experience with OT Service Management (OTSM) is ideal.
Experience in integrating IT and OT processes and OT systems into existing service management landscapes.
Sound knowledge of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.
Experience in integrating vulnerability and security solutions such as Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender.
Good understanding of Cyber Security Operations, Vulnerability Lifecycles, OT Security, and Operational Resilience.
Knowledge of the relationships between CMDB, CSDM, Assets, Services, and Vulnerabilities for risk prioritization and business impact analysis.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders from production, operations, security, and IT teams.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
Relevant certifications such as CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, CIS Vulnerability Response (VR), CIS Security Incident Response (SIR), or OTSM are ideal.

Nice To Haves

Ideally with a focus on OT Service Management, Security Operations or comparable Enterprise environments.
Ideally practical experience with OT Service Management (OTSM).
Ideally already accompanied several SecOps or Vulnerability Response introductions successfully.
Ideally relevant certifications such as CIS ITSM, CIS ITOM, CIS Vulnerability Response (VR), CIS Security Incident Response (SIR) or OTSM.

Advising clients on the conception and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for OT Service Management and Security Operations.
Connecting IT, OT, and Security processes.
Conceiving, introducing, and developing ServiceNow OT Service Management and Security Operations solutions.
Developing solutions for integrating IT and OT processes.
Integrating OT systems and existing security and vulnerability solutions into the ServiceNow platform.
Designing end-to-end service and operational processes across IT and OT environments using ITSM and ITOM knowledge.
Conceiving and implementing solutions in Vulnerability Response.
Integrating security solutions like Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or Microsoft Defender.
Assisting clients in prioritizing vulnerabilities based on risk, business impact, and asset context.
Establishing efficient end-to-end vulnerability lifecycles.
Applying understanding of CMDB, CSDM, and Asset Management to map technical and business contexts.
Advising clients on OT Security and Operational Resilience.
Supporting the development of robust processes for critical production and operating environments.
Designing and moderating workshops with various teams (production, operations, security, IT).
Translating diverse requirements into ServiceNow solutions.
