About The Position

We’re looking for a Strategic Finance Associate who’s passionate about helping shape business priorities and influence company strategy through data-driven decision-making. As a key member of the Strategic Finance team, you’ll partner closely with senior leaders and play a critical role in forecasting, financial reporting, and driving the business forward.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, Strategic Finance or Corporate Finance roles.
Strong financial modeling and presentation skills (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
Clear, confident communicator able to translate analysis into actionable insights for cross-functional partners.
Structured, data-driven thinker with a bias to ownership and execution.
Ability to work cross-functionally, operate under minimal supervision, and drive results.
Fundamentally curious and relentless in understanding the “why”.
Possesses a sense of urgency in line with our value of “No Day Wasted”.
A lover of local businesses – supporting and building great products for them.
Ability to collaborate in the office weekly on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is a plus.
Experience with SQL, Looker, or other data visualization tools is a plus.
Working knowledge of SaaS performance metrics, unit economics is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the company’s integrated financial model supporting driver-based planning, forecasts, scenario analysis, and long-range planning.
Develop and maintain comprehensive revenue forecasting models across assigned product lines, partnering closely with GTM leaders to align assumptions and execution.
Support tracking and analysis of core SaaS metrics, including ARR growth, retention (NRR/GRR), LTV/CAC, and burn efficiency, translating metrics into insights.
Prepare clear and concise financial summaries and insights for business reviews and Board-level materials.
Serve as a trusted finance partner to functional and operational leaders, owning annual operating plans and ongoing spend/forecast management.
Bring strong financial rigor to decision-making and help leaders understand trade-offs and ROI.
Support corporate initiatives as needed, including fundraising, M&A, and other ad hoc strategic analyses.
