Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Progress through a comprehensive 5-phase program designed to provide hands-on experience across all business functions
  • Phase 1 - Warehouse Logistics: Learn our product portfolio, supply chain operations, and understand how products move from vendor to customer while supporting all levels of sales operations
  • Phase 2 - Operations: Gain exposure to customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory controls, pricing strategies, credit management, and financial statement analysis
  • Phase 3 - Inside Sales/Project Management: Transition from customer support to managing complex projects and coordinating cross-functional initiatives
  • Phase 4 - Outside Sales/Account Management: Develop new business opportunities, execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and cultivate strong relationships with customers and vendors
  • Phase 5 - Career Path Development: Leverage your comprehensive training to determine and pursue your ideal career trajectory within the organization
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities across diverse business scenarios
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments to support organizational goals
