About the position
The Strategic Client Success Executive at RxSense is responsible for client retention, organic growth, and customer satisfaction through the establishment of long-term partnerships with existing clients. They serve as the main point of contact between the client and the pharmacy benefit management (PBM) regarding software features, custom reporting, service issues, and business growth. This role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the client's market and key performance indicators. The Strategic Client Success Executive also stays updated on industry dynamics and collaborates with internal teams to deliver on client initiatives and contractual obligations.
Responsibilities
- Learn the client's market, membership, business drivers, and key performance indicators, and define mutually agreeable measures of success
- Develop, implement, and execute a strategic account plan to drive growth with clients, including RFP support and underwriting/pricing assistance
- Monitor client satisfaction and manage issue resolution, growth, and performance expectations
- Stay updated on market dynamics within the pharmacy benefit management industry, including technology-driven competitors and innovations in ancillary services
- Manage cross-functional deliverables and communicate regularly with clients and internal partners
- Ensure compliance with client contracts and meet financial, technical, and operational obligations
- Collaborate with Operations and Product teams to bring client-driven innovations and develop new features/functions
- Continuously learn about the platforms and associated products, and understand how they can be used to clients' advantage
- Familiarize with the cash discount marketplace and market RxSense's marketing and analytics capabilities to clients interested in marketing their own cash discount card.

- Continuously learn and be knowledgeable about the platforms and associated products
- Familiarity with the cash discount marketplace and marketing and analytics capabilities
